Own the platform that ships our client work — CI/CD, observability, cost, and the occasional 3am page. Help four cross-functional pods ship safely every week.

What you'll do

Responsibilities.

Design and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for client and internal workloads
Build and harden GitHub Actions + ArgoCD pipelines with progressive delivery
Own observability — Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, OpenTelemetry
Run monthly FinOps reviews and ship savings without regression
Lead incident response, post-mortems, and on-call rotation hygiene
Mentor 2–3 engineers across product pods on infra and reliability

What we're looking for

Requirements.

4+ years in production DevOps / SRE roles
Strong Terraform (or Pulumi) and at least one major cloud (AWS / GCP)
Production Kubernetes — operators, Helm, GitOps
Solid Linux, networking, and debugging fundamentals
Comfortable with at least one programming language (Go, Python, TypeScript)
Strong written communication; you can write a runbook an intern can follow

Bonus

Nice to have.

AWS / GCP professional certification
Experience with Karpenter, Crossplane, or Backstage
SOC2 / ISO 27001 controls and audit experience
Open-source contributions or technical writing
