Refund Policy

Fixed-scope projects start with a non-refundable deposit (typically twenty-five to fifty percent of the total fee) that reserves a team and schedules kickoff.

If you cancel before we begin the discovery or design phase, the balance is fully refundable.

If you cancel after work has begun, the balance is refundable on a pro-rated basis for work that has not yet been scheduled or started. Work that has been delivered, or is in active production, is non-refundable.

Deposits and milestone payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time on thirty (30) days written notice. We will continue working through the end of the current billing cycle.

Prepaid retainer months are non-refundable but transferable to another active engagement with us, at our discretion.

Unused hours in a billing cycle do not roll over to the next cycle unless explicitly agreed in the SOW.

If you believe an invoice is incorrect or a deliverable does not match the SOW, raise it within seven (7) days of the invoice or delivery date.

We will investigate promptly and, where a dispute is valid, issue a corrected invoice, credit, or refund within fourteen (14) business days.

Good-faith disputes do not suspend payment of undisputed amounts.

If you intend to dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services and recovery of any associated fees we incur.
